I. Application
This machine is suitable for hot and cold forging forming of metals, as well as compression of plastic materials. It can perform free forging and die-forging processes. The machine is controlled by PLC and a touch screen, supporting jog, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operations. Working pressure and stroke range can be adjusted as needed.

III. Structural Features of the Hydraulic Press
(A) Main Machine Structure
Consists of frame, main cylinder, piercing cylinder, ejector cylinder, and limit devices.
1. Frame Structure
Three-beam, four-column design (upper beam, slider beam, and table connected with columns and nuts).
Large components (beams, slider) are welded box-type structures using Q235-A steel.
CO₂ gas-shielded welding, annealed, cleaned after welding.
Upper beam:
Box-type weldment housing main cylinder and piercing cylinder.
Equipped with oil-blocking ring and sealing strip.
Slider:
Connected to the piston rod.
Guided by four columns, guide height 1000 mm.
Guide sleeves made of copper-based alloy with low friction.
Equipped with automatic lubrication system.
Slider bolster: 45# steel, quenched & tempered, thickness 195 mm.
Table (lower beam):
Main load-bearing component, with T-slots per customer requirements.
Columns:
45# steel, threaded areas for locking nuts, with protective covers.
Lock nuts:
45# steel, used to secure the frame.
2. Hydraulic Cylinders
Main cylinder:
Piston type, forged 45# steel rod with wear-resistant surface.
Ejector cylinder:
Piston type, forged 45# steel rod with wear-resistant surface.
Equipped with protective housing to prevent water/oxide entry.
Piercing cylinder:
Installed inside main piston rod.
Sealing system:
Uses imported high-quality seals; optimized structure prolongs service life.
Lubrication:
Non-recycling thin oil centralized lubrication system, copper pipes.
Limit system:
Digital display and control for slide, ejector, and piercing cylinder.
Position accuracy: 0.1 mm.
Limit switches for safety.
(B) Hydraulic System Features
Includes motor-pump unit, cartridge valve block, piping, tank, shock absorbers, return-oil filter, level & temperature sensors.
System is installed at upper part of equipment.
1. Servo Motor-Pump Control System
Advantages:
Energy-saving: near-zero power consumption during idle; eliminates asynchronous motor idle losses (~⅓ power).
High response: millisecond-level pressure build-up, high accuracy (±0.2 MPa).
Low noise: motor stops in most stages.
High reliability: smooth motion, reduced impact and leakage.
Low heat: reduces or eliminates cooling system.
2. High-speed Plunger Pump + Accumulator System
Delivers high-flow, high-pressure oil for rapid forging operations.
Pump charges accumulator to 20–25 MPa; accumulator supplies high-speed, high-pressure flow.
3. Cartridge Valve Integrated Block
Four blocks: pump control, main cylinder inlet, lower cylinder inlet, and accumulator inlet.
Functions: pressure-regulation, unloading, fast-down filling, fast-return, sequential control.
4. Filling Valve
Ensures fast filling during rapid slide movement.
Equipped with rapid exhaust block (<1 sec) for fast return.
5. Piping & Filtration
Uses anti-vibration design.
High-pressure areas: seamless pipes and hoses.
Filters: suction filter with clogging alarm, high-flow return filter.
Tank equipped with level and temperature sensors.
7. Pressure Monitoring
Gauges at key points for diagnostics.
