Laboratory 450C Vacuum Eutectic Welding Furnace For Automated LED Soldering and Semiconductor Packaging Laser Bars
Details
This eutectic furnace features a pit-type structure and uses metal heating tubes for heating. Inside, it is equipped with a thermal conduction plate where workpieces are placed for rapid welding. The furnace chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, while the insulation material utilizes ceramic fiber cotton, offering excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal insulation. The outer layer is made of carbon steel, with circulating water cooling between the two layers to ensure a long service life. It is mainly used in industries such as laser devices, aerospace, and electric vehicles.
1. High-Quality Furnace Chamber Utilizes a 304 stainless steel inner chamber that maintains excellent mechanical and pressure strength after heating, making it durable and long-lasting.
2. User-Friendly Design Features stable performance, intuitive temperature control, and a multi-stage programmable temperature control system, ensuring simple and convenient operation.
3. Rapid Cooling Equipped with an internal thermal conduction plate, workpieces are placed on the plate for rapid welding and achieve fast cooling after welding is completed.
