Equipment Purpose

This equipment is mainly designed for universities, colleges, and scientific research institutes to perform pressurized heating and sintering treatment on intermetallic compounds, ceramics, inorganic compounds, nanomaterials, etc. under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions, so as to obtain high-density products, such as manufacturing high-precision silicon nitride ceramic bearings.

Equipment Features

• Double-layer SUS304 chamber structure: Cooling water circulates through the double-layer jacket, effectively lowering the outer chamber surface temperature, reducing high-temperature hazards, and minimizing environmental impact.

• Frame-type dual-column support structure: Welded with structural steel and processed as a single unit to ensure overall equipment reliability.

• Advanced thermal insulation materials & insulation design: Low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation effect. It can effectively block heat even at extremely high temperatures, saving energy consumption.

• Wide temperature range with multiple heating element options: Various heating elements available (e.g., graphite, molybdenum, tungsten, tantalum, etc.). Under a suitable protective atmosphere, the maximum temperature can reach up to 2800°C, accommodating hot-press sintering for various materials.

• Diverse vacuum system configurations: Different levels of vacuum degree can be selected based on process requirements.

• Purging / gas-filling system included: Supports hot-press sintering in a vacuum environment as well as in an inert or reducing gas atmosphere.

• User-friendly operation: Supports both manual operation and one-key intelligent automated control.

• Multi-purpose design: Can also be used standalone as a pure vacuum or atmosphere sintering furnace.
