Features
This machine is mainly designed for the diverse testing requirements of research institutions under various conditions. It adopts a four-column three-plate fully enclosed structure with fixed upper and lower plates. The moving plate is driven by a servo motor and a high-precision ball screw for vertical movement.
The machine consists of three major systems: heating system, electrical system, and vacuum system. It is a high-precision, multi-functional laboratorygrade digital vacuum hot press that can be operated either in a linked control mode or independently, depending on customer needs.
Temperature is adjustable from room temperature up to 300℃ (and can reach 500℃ upon special request), with a temperature accuracy of ±1℃. The heating tubes are made of stainless steel for durability, and the heating plates are made of CR12 heat-resistant steel.
The working area is fully sealed and equipped with a double-layer tempered glass observation window. The inner layer uses 304 mirror-finish stainless steel, the outer layer uses cold-rolled steel plate with baking paint, and the middle is insulated with high-temperature glass wool to ensure the outer surface temperature stays within 40℃.
The electrical control section uses a PLC + touch screen interface, and is equipped with imported pressure sensors, displacement sensors, and temperature controllers, which can display experimental parameters such as pressure, displacement, and temperature in real time.
The output capacity is 60 tons, and it can be adjusted within the 60-ton range according to different experimental needs. Additionally, by adjusting the required pressure according to displacement changes, the machine can implement nine different experimental modes with varying pressure, displacement, and temperature settings.
