High-Temperature 1200C Laboratory Electric Top-Opening Precision Furnace
As shown in the figure, the GWL-LBFS series 1200℃ high-temperature top-opening precision furnace adopts a split design of control system and furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material.
Application
This top-opening precision furnace is used in exploration geochemistry, which applies geochemical principles for mineral exploration. It helps users locate sedimentary deposits and define the extension of discovered deposits through chemical analysis. It supports the analysis of core samples, rock, river sediments, soil, glacial till, vegetation, and other materials.
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltmeter, ammeter, and computer interface for real-time monitoring. It adopts reliable integrated circuits with strong anti-interference performance. The furnace shell temperature ≤45℃ at maximum temperature, greatly improving the working environment. It features microcomputer program control, programmable temperature curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, and editable parameters during operation, making it flexible and easy to operate.
Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃ (no overshoot); constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃. Fast heating rate, maximum ≤45℃/min.
The furnace chamber is fully made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material, featuring high working temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking, no slagging, and excellent thermal insulation (energy saving over 60% compared with traditional furnaces). With a reasonable double-layer air-cooled structure, the test cycle is greatly shortened.
