The heating plate is made of imported hot work tool steel, featuring high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, uniform heating, no deformation during heating, etc.
The heating element adopts stainless steel heating tubes, embedded installation, with no oxidation, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, safety and reliability, fast and stable temperature rise, long service life, etc.
The temperature is controlled in multiple zones through the uniform layout of heating tubes, and real-time temperature change monitoring realizes intelligent temperature compensation.
100 sets of process parameters can be customized, stored and called.
During operation, data collection, analysis, multi-stage judgment and correlation curve generation of products can be realized.
Products can be scanned, data extracted, and real-time data monitored to achieve dataization, intelligence and flexibility, ensuring traceability of production data and facilitating production quality management control.
If cooling function is required: water cooling or air cooling is recommended for room temperature ~ 250℃; oil cooling is recommended for above 250℃.
