Application
Suitable for multiple forming processes including Metal Injection Molding (MIM), Powder Metallurgy pressing (PM), Isostatic Pressing (IP), and 3D printing forming.
Applicable to the sintering of materials with special process requirements, such as high-specific gravity tungsten alloy, high-nitrogen nickel-free non-magnetic stainless steel (X15 CrMnMoN17-11-3 / PANACEA), and copper-based alloys.
Features
Compatible with a wider range of special sintering processes: It supports sintering under slight positive pressure and atmosphere sintering, and can process more products requiring special technical requirements, such as high-nitrogen nickel-free non-magnetic stainless steel and copper alloys.
Original large-area heating technology: Far superior to linear heating methods with outstanding furnace temperature uniformity, achieving a precise temperature consistency of ≤±5℃.
Advanced furnace atmosphere flow control technology: It realizes more balanced internal airflow and thorough debinding effect. The partial-pressure sintering chamber is kept cleaner with fewer residual contaminants, ensuring more stable performance of sintered parts.
Higher loading capacity & capability for large-size parts: Stable full-load sintering with yield rate up to 100%. It enables reliable sintering of large-sized components that are difficult to process conventionally, with the maximum mass-produced part weight exceeding 900 grams.

Process Combination
Debinding Process: Vacuum debinding, negative pressure atmosphere debinding (N₂ or Ar)
Sintering Process: Vacuum sintering, partial / constant pressure sintering (Ar or N₂), hydrogen-protected sintering (H₂), atmospheric pressure sintering (N₂ or Ar)
Cooling Process (Optional): In-furnace vacuum cooling, rate-controlled cooling according to temperature decline curve, gas circulation rapid cooling (N₂ or Ar)
