Mainly suitable for vacuum sintering of cemented carbide, ceramic materials, powder injection molding products, magnetic materials, porous materials, etc.Vertical bottom-loading structure is available as an option.Also widely used for vacuum sintering of cemented carbide, ceramic materials, powder injection molding, magnetic materials, porous materials and general powder metallurgy products.

Heating elements: high-purity graphite or molybdenum
Insulation material: rigid graphite felt, or composite metal shield insulation structure of molybdenum + stainless steel
Cooling medium: high-purity nitrogen or high-purity argon
Compact structure, high degree of automation, environmentally friendly and energy-saving
Safe and stable operation; the system supports fault self-diagnosis, audible and visual alarms, as well as corresponding interlock protection functions
Optional configurations: dewaxing system available, or customized effective zone dimensions as specified by customers
