Laboratory Vertical 1080℃ Single-Chamber Vacuum Brazing Furnace
Equipment Overview
The vertical vacuum brazing furnace is a research-grade equipment specially designed for small-batch, high-precision brazing processes. It features a vertical single-chamber structure with horizontal bottom loading and tungsten filament infrared lamp ring heating. It is suitable for new material R&D, process optimization, and welding of small precision parts, cutting tools, and medical surgical forceps.
Product Features
Gravity-assisted flow design in vacuum: Workpieces are placed vertically, and the brazing filler naturally fills the gaps under gravity.
Heating element: Carbon fiber lamps, providing uniform ring-shaped heating with a maximum temperature of 1080℃.
Rapid cooling: After brazing, the heating furnace body moves upward, and surrounding fans automatically start to cool the vacuum furnace tube quickly.
Multi-functionality: Supports multiple processes such as brazing and annealing.
