Optional computer communication via RS485/RS232/USB for furnace operation (start, stop, pause, set temperature profile, store profile, historical curves, etc.). Software is provided free of charge – see computer control system.
Furnace tube material: 99% alumina ceramic tube.
KF metal flange sealing (stainless steel, double O-rings).

Imported refractory material – good thermal insulation, high temperature resistance.

Pressure Protection | System designed to prevent danger caused by closed exhaust port, blocked exhaust port, or excessive furnace tube pressure. Principle: signal from electric contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor drives the control module to close the solenoid inlet valve, activate the solenoid exhaust valve and alarm – thus protecting normal furnace operation. |
Gas Leak Alarm | Detects hazardous gas leaks (indoor air). When the concentration of toxic/flammable/explosive gases exceeds a set limit, the control module shuts down the furnace, closes the gas inlet, opens exhaust and ventilation – providing a safer working environment. |
