Laboratory 1700C High Temperature Electric Elevating Lifting Furnace
The GWDL-SS series 1700℃ lifting furnace integrates the control system and furnace chamber into one unit. The furnace lining is made of imported high-purity alumina material formed by vacuum forming from Germany.
It adopts 1800-type silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements. It is a special equipment specially developed for universities, research institutes, laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering, melting, analysis and production of ceramic, metallurgical, electronic, glass, chemical, mechanical, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metal, non-metal and other compound materials.
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, control power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltmeter, ammeter and computer interface for real-time monitoring of the system operating status. The product adopts reliable integrated circuits with good working environment and anti-interference performance. It is controlled by a microcomputer program, supporting programmable temperature curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, and flexible modification of temperature control parameters and programs during operation, featuring easy and simple operation.
Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃ without overshoot; constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃. Fast heating rate, maximum heating rate ≤20℃/min (non-linear).
The entire furnace chamber is made of imported high-purity alumina lightweight material from Germany, featuring high operating temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking, no slagging, and excellent thermal insulation performance (energy saving effect is more than 60% of old-fashioned electric furnaces). With reasonable structure and double-layer inner and outer furnace jackets with air cooling, the test cycle can be greatly shortened.

Precautions | 1. To avoid affecting service life, recommended max. heating/cooling rate: 10-20℃/min (excessively fast heating shortens heating element life).2. Non-vacuum sealed structure; do not pass flammable and explosive gases.3. Minor cracks in the furnace chamber after use are normal and do not affect operation; repairable with alumina coating.4. Corrosive gases are not recommended; inform us in advance for strong corrosive gases (e.g., S, Na) for special furnace treatment.5.
