Applications
Widely used in production and experiments in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, and other fields.
Features
Door opening method: Front-opening and side-opening
Control accuracy: ±1°C; furnace temperature uniformity: ±3°C.
Easy operation: Programmable, PID auto-tuning, automatic heating, automatic soaking, automatic cooling – unattended operation. Optional computer communication for furnace operation (start, stop, pause heating, set temperature profile, store profile, historical curves, etc.). Software is provided free of charge – see computer control system.
Fast heating: Heating rate adjustable from 1°C/h to 40°C/min.
Energy saving: Furnace chamber made of imported fiber – high temperature resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance.
Corrosion resistance: The furnace body is finely powder-coated, resistant to corrosion and acids/alkalis. The furnace body is isolated from the chamber by air cooling; the shell temperature is near room temperature.
Dual-loop protection (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, thermocouple break, power failure, etc.).
Furnace chamber material: Imported refractory material – good insulation, high temperature resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance.

Control Method | Closed-loop SCR (thyristor) module triggering – phase-shift or zero-crossing control. Continuous adjustment of output voltage, current or power with constant voltage, constant current or constant power characteristics. Inner current loop and outer voltage loop – limits output current within rated range under sudden load or overcurrent conditions, ensuring stable operation and protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage surges, achieving safe and reliable control and high accuracy. |

Warranty & Coverage | One-year free warranty for the furnace. Heating elements are not covered. |
Important Notes
To avoid affecting the furnace's service life, we recommend a maximum heating and cooling rate of 10–20°C/min (excessively fast heating at high temperatures will shorten the life of heating elements).
After using this hot press furnace for a period of time, small cracks may appear in the furnace chamber. This is normal and does not affect operation. They can be repaired with alumina coating.
Corrosive gases are not recommended. If highly corrosive gases such as S or Na compounds must be introduced, please inform us in advance so that the furnace chamber can be specially treated.
Do not allow high-temperature melt to leak onto the furnace bottom. Use a base plate or alumina powder isolation as a precaution.
The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry area.
