Laboratory 1000C Vacuum Atmosphere Box Type Muffle Furnace With Quartz Glass Liner
The GWDL-ZQLB Series 1000°C vacuum atmosphere box furnace integrates a temperature control system, vacuum furnace chamber, vacuum pump, gas circuit, pressure protection, gas flow control, positive/negative pressure display, and water circulation pump. The water circulation tank is integrated with the furnace body. The furnace lining insulation is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material.
It uses high-temperature alloy resistance wires (molybdenum-containing) as heating elements. This furnace is specially developed for laboratories in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to sinter, melt, analyze, and produce ceramic, metallurgical, electronic, glass, chemical, mechanical, refractory, new material development, special material, building material, metal, non-metal, and other compound materials.
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltmeter, ammeter, computer interface, water pump switch, vacuum pump switch, gas flow meter, positive/negative pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, and valves for real-time monitoring of system operation. The product adopts reliable integrated circuits with good working environment and anti-interference performance. The furnace shell temperature is ≤40°C at maximum temperature, greatly improving the working environment. Microcomputer program control supports programmable temperature curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, and flexible parameter/program modification during operation, making it simple to operate.
Temperature control accuracy: ±1°C, no overshoot
Constant temperature accuracy: ±1°C
Fast heating rate: maximum ≤25°C/min
The furnace chamber insulation is entirely made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material, featuring high operating temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking or spalling, and excellent thermal insulation (energy saving over 60% compared with traditional furnaces). With a reasonable structure and double-layer air-cooled furnace shell, it significantly shortens the test cycle.
