Furnace Body

CNC machined, polished, pickled, phosphated, powder-coated and baked at high temperature. Two-color aesthetic finish – anti-oxidation, acid/alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, high-temperature resistant, easy to clean.

Furnace Structure

Advanced air-cooled double-layer structure with effective airflow guide plates to ensure full cooling circulation. Discharges hot air after cooling the heating element conductors – prevents high-temperature oxidation of conductors and ensures a good working environment.

Door Opening Method

Motorized vertical opening – avoids arm burns when loading hot materials. Door is locked with stainless steel latches below the door, providing effective sealing while allowing thermal expansion/contraction of refractory materials.

Refractory Material

Lining uses high-purity alumina fiber, vacuum-formed fiber lightweight board. High-wear areas (door opening, furnace bottom) use lightweight hollow-sphere alumina board. High service temperature, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance – no cracking, no spalling, good insulation (energy saving >80% compared to traditional furnaces).

Insulation Material

Three-layer insulation: alumina fiber wool, alumina fiber board, polycrystalline alumina fiber board – energy saving >80% compared to traditional furnaces.

Protections

Integrated modular control unit with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection. Includes protections against overshoot, over-regulation, under-regulation, broken thermocouple, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, soft start, etc.

Control Method

Closed-loop SCR (thyristor) module triggering – phase-shift or zero-crossing control. Continuous adjustment of output voltage, current or power with constant voltage, constant current or constant power characteristics. Inner current loop and outer voltage loop – limits output current within rated range under sudden load or overcurrent conditions, ensuring stable operation and protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage surges.

Temperature Profile Setting

Intelligent temperature controller with standard PID, APID (Artificial Intelligence PID) or MPT regulation modes. Auto-tuning/self-learning – excellent control without overshoot/undershoot. 30-segment programmable control, arbitrary ramp/soak profiles, with jump (cycle), run, pause, stop commands. Program can be modified during operation. AI algorithm with curve fitting for smooth and accurate profile tracking.

Multiple Curve Input

30-segment programmable (customizable to 50 segments). Multiple curve configurations: one curve of 30 (50) segments, two curves of 14 (28) segments each, three curves of 9 (15) segments each, five curves of 5 (9) segments each. Multiple curves can be stored and called arbitrarily during use.

Communication Interface

RS485 communication interface, distance up to 1000 m. Allows computer control (start, pause, stop, temperature profile setting/reading, parameter setting, etc.). High reliability. Computer display shows measured value, setpoint, output value, segment time, segment number, heating curve, power percentage curve. Capable of storing heating curves, recalling/modifying setpoints and parameters, and recording historical data with selectable time intervals (1s to 1h) for long-term retention.
