After medium-frequency quenching, the surface of the piston rod is chrome-plated, which is not easy to be scratched or rusted. The oil cylinder is sealed with high-quality sealing rings to ensure reliable sealing performance.

The hydraulic control adopts a two-way cartridge valve integrated system, which features reliable operation, long service life, low hydraulic shock, and reduced connection management and leakage points. 4. The convenient manual adjustment mechanism can adjust the press head or the upper worktable to press at any position during the stroke, and also can adjust the length of the fast advance and the working stroke at will within the designed stroke.
