Features
1. This equipment is controlled by Italian imported servo and Japanese Mitsubishi intelligent system, featuring extremely high intelligence and strong stability.
2. The machine body is made of solid steel plates welded together and then tempered. It is guided by graphite copper plate guide rails on all four sides, featuring high pressing precision and smooth operation.
3. The servo intelligent patented control system does no unnecessary work, the oil temperature is less likely to rise, and there is no negative pressure in the oil circuit system, which greatly reduces faults and extends the service life of hydraulic components. The electrical system is equipped with an automatic fault alarm and one-button reset function.
4. The entire machine is designed in a modular structure according to different functional modes, making disassembly and assembly easy. General faults can be directly observed through the touch screen, and maintenance is simple.
5. It has good rigidity and strong resistance to lateral force. The oil cylinder adopts an integral forging process and is equipped with Japanese NOK seals, which are wear-resistant and have high sealing performance.
