Automatic Electro-Hydraulic Pressure Test Press Machine For Concrete Compression Testing
Introduction
DYE-2000 Electro-hydraulic Pressure Testing Machine This machine is driven by a hydraulic power unit, and adopts an intelligent measurement and control instrument for test data acquisition and processing. It consists of four parts: test mainframe, oil source (hydraulic power unit), measurement and control system, and test fixtures.
Maximum test force: 2000kN
Accuracy grade: better than Grade 1
The DYE-2000 electro-hydraulic pressure testing machine meets the national standard test requirements for materials such as bricks, concrete and cement. It features manual loading, and digital display of loading force value and loading speed value.
With an integrated mainframe and oil source structure, the machine is suitable for compressive tests of cement and concrete. With appropriate fixtures and measuring devices, it can also perform concrete splitting tensile test, flexural test and static elastic modulus test.
The machine and its accessories comply with the requirements of GB/T2611 and GB/T3159 standards.
Main Purpose and Scope of Application
The DYE-2000 automatic pressure testing machine (hereinafter referred to as "the testing machine") is mainly used for compression tests of metal and non-metal specimens, such as concrete, cement, bricks and stones. It is applicable to construction, building materials, highway, bridge, mining and other engineering construction units.
