Machine Introduction

YST-150 Bidirectional Pressing. Both upper and lower cylinders are 150 tons, servo hydraulic system ensures precision and controllable pressure during pressing.

Working pressure

1. Maximum pressure 150 tons, pressure adjustable from 1 to 150 tons. Main cylinder pressing force controlled by Gefran pressure sensor. Pressure of all oil cylinders directly displayed on the operation screen; can be freely adjusted automatically according to product needs.

2. Bidirectional pressure pressing. Upper and lower cylinders are the same size (note: text inconsistency, says 16 tons here but elsewhere says 150 tons; likely a typo. Should be 150 tons as per model). During pressing, both upper and lower punches are driven by oil cylinders, forming bidirectional pressing for uniform product density. Pressing steps: Feeding box advances -> Lower punch descends to form cavity -> Feeding box moves to feed material into die cavity and retracts, completing feeding -> Lower punch descends 3mm to ensure all material is within the die -> Upper punch fast down -> Slow down for die closing -> Pre-press -> Lower punch moves upward to form pressure -> Upper and lower punches press bidirectionally -> Upper punch reduces pressure, pressure-maintained ejection (optional; can also be non-pressure-maintained ejection based on product needs; pressure-maintaining force is adjustable, automatically adjusted upon input on the touch screen) -> Pressure release -> Lower punch moves up -> Upper punch returns -> After product ejection, leaves pressing area, feeding box prepares for next feeding -> Enters next automatic cycle.
Main cylinder and lower cylinder use high-precision displacement sensors for signal conversion; travel of upper/lower punches and die floating plate directly displayed on screen.
Upper punch forming position, die feeding position, under-filling position, and die ejection position controlled by two-axis CNC positioning system (digital hydraulic motion controller, high-precision displacement sensor, optionally equipped with digital oil chiller or water chiller for temperature control).

5. High-precision encoders on the main cylinder upper punch plate and die floating plate for signal conversion; position changes directly displayed on the operation screen, allowing direct design/modification of strokes.
