Product Description

Vacuum Debinding Sintering Furnace is mainly used for debinding and sintering of metal-based powder metallurgy products. It is suitable for debinding treatments of binders such as PEG, paraffin wax and rubber.

 

Application Scope

Iron-based, stainless steel, cemented carbide and other products.

 

Technical Features

  • Adopts special furnace chamber structure and heater arrangement to ensure excellent temperature uniformity.

  • Equipped with a specially structured debinding box featuring excellent sealing performance, realizing complete debinding without causing contamination to furnace internal components.

  • Equipped with multiple functions including flexible vacuum pumping, vacuum sintering, pressure sintering, micro positive pressure sintering, partial pressure sintering, negative pressure debinding, TOWAC debinding and micro positive pressure debinding.

  • Adopts advanced thermal insulation structure and materials, which endow the furnace chamber with superior thermal insulation performance and low heat storage, achieving energy saving of over 20% compared with traditional designs.

  • Compatible with process atmospheres: N₂/Ar/H₂/CH₄/NH₃.
