Introduction

The 100-ton hydraulic pad stretching hydraulic press is a high-end hydraulic stretching machine custom-made by our company for customers. The machine is equipped with synchronous motors, synchronous drivers, PLC numerical control systems and other components, which can achieve rapid and silent stretching and forming of products. Based on the three-beam and four-column structure, it adds a wave pressure pad device under the worktable. The hydraulic pad is also called a multi-ejection mechanism. According to the size of the product, some ejection rods are distributed on the worktable. The placement shape of the hydraulic pad ejection rods is consistent with the shape of the product, so that the stretched products can be consistent. The advantage of this model is that it can press various product shapes and sizes. The top rod without the hydraulic pad can also be used as a conventional three-beam four-column hydraulic press. Therefore, it is a multi-functional hydraulic press.
