Control system

1. It adopts the touch screen produced by OMRON Company. After a finger touches the keys on the screen, the system responds quickly.
2. The human-machine interface is friendly and friendly, making it easy to set the speed of pressure increase and decrease.
3. It has powerful data recording and display functions, dynamically and in real time showing the pressure change curve.
4. The membrane switch is attached to the surface of the control cabinet and features a graphical design for easy understanding.

Security guarantee
The entire equipment adopts a fully enclosed design with a thickened sheet metal casing. All high-voltage components are installed inside the equipment. Meanwhile, to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, multiple safety protection devices are set up.
1. Manual pressure relief valve. In case of emergency or malfunction, this valve can be manually opened for pressure relief protection of the press. Only after it is closed can the pressure be raised again.
2. The hydraulic system has a preset pressure value. Once the preset pressure value is exceeded, the relief valve will automatically overflow.
3. Pressure sensor and electrical control system: When the working pressure exceeds the preset pressure value, the electrical control system automatically stops the operation of the pressure-increasing system.
4. The control cabinet panel is equipped with an emergency stop mushroom button. Once started, it can stop the press operation in the middle of any working stage.
5. Interlocking of electrical control programs. The press operates strictly in accordance with the working procedures. If the previous step is not completed or a fault occurs, the next step cannot be carried out and an operation fault information will be sent out. Only after the fault is eliminated can the next step of operation be continued.
