Introduction

● The machine consists of four main parts: the main unit, the hydraulic power station, the electrical control cabinet, and the fluid replenishment station.

● Work cylinder diameter: 100mm; effective depth: 300mm; maximum working pressure: 300MPa.

● The end cover features a self-centering, vertically lifting opening/closing mechanism; the frame utilizes a movable structure; pressurization is achieved via a single-stroke intensifier, offering fast pressurization speed with adjustable pressure ramp-up rate and speed.

● Key components, including the high-pressure vessel, intensifier cavity, and frame, employ a pre-stressed steel wire-wound construction. This provides light weight, high fatigue strength, a long service life exceeding 200,000 cycles, and enhanced safety and reliability.

● Pressure and pressure holding time can be set according to process requirements.

● An emergency pressure release device is installed to prevent hazards caused by blocked ultra-high pressure lines.

● The press operates using a dual-fluid (oil and water) system where the two media are isolated, preventing contamination and reducing production costs.

● An imported PLC is used for automated programmed control of the press. Fully digital instruments display the actual pressure in the work cylinder. The system performs all automatic work cycles (excluding loading/unloading), with each cycle (including a 10-second hold) completed within 2 minutes. Both automatic and manual operation modes are available.

● The absence of external ultra-high pressure piping significantly enhances equipment safety.
